Event Postponed

After a great deal of consideration and consultation with TED and other partners, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the TEDx event due to the evolving coronavirus outbreak. We are disappointed, but the health and safety of everyone involved must be our top priority. We are committed to bringing the event to Tulsa, so please stay tuned for a rescheduled date in the near future.

Why do coral reefs glow? When is a building alive? Is hope a feeling or a science? Find out at TEDxTulsaCC, where speakers will answer these questions and more.

Bring your family and relax on the QuikTrip Great Lawn at the Gathering Place, where you’ll see a live stream of all the talks happening at the Center for Creativity and enjoy live music and dance performances by Branjae, Kripalaya Dance Academy, and Sunshine Deaf 2.0. Food will be available for purchase, and the event is appropriate for all ages. Rain location: ONEOK Boathouse.

The event takes place simultaneously in two locations: the McKeon Center for Creativity (invite only), and Gathering Place (free & public).

Also, don’t miss INSTINCTS, a free public art exhibit, on display at the Center for Creativity until Thursday, May 28.
